Job Description

Employee will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers and management’s expectations. The employee will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with peers and their supervisor. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner.

  • This role will work closely with designer and project manager to determine needs for project execution.

  • Lead a crew to execute jobs in a detailed/timely manner throughout the season.

  • Oversight of job site, including tracking hours and job cost. Maintaining detailed daily reporting.

  • Responsible for actively training and developing crew members.

  • Install various stone materials such as boulder walls, flagstone, and pavers from start to finish with great attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 yrs. experience in the landscape installation industry (preferably supervisory experience)

  • Must have quality experience in the installation of hardscapes: stone retaining walls, edging, grading, drainage, patios (pavers and flagstone)

  • Knowledge of plants and proper plantings methods preferred.

  • Must possess strong communication skills (Bilingual a plus)

  • Must be willing to get sweaty, get dirty, and be a hands-on trainer/mentor for your crew members in all weather conditions.

  • Ability to work 50+ hours a week including 4-6 Saturdays during our season March-December.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Chauffeurs License and Medical examiners card upon hiring paid by employer.

  • Ability to haul trailers and equipment safely to job sites.

Job Type and Pay

Full-time

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule

Position open immediately with a start date of April 1st (weather dependent). The typical work day is 8:00 am - 6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday during peak season with an occasional Saturday to meet deadlines and if weather is a factor.
